Villa Anastasia is a detached vacation rental property located in Sinies, Corfu. Villa Anastasia can sleep up to 7 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South-East Facing) with barbecue and sea views. Villa Anastasia is a 2 floors property. The stairs lead to the main entrance on the first floor opening with dining table, living room with a sea view and a patio door to the balcony equipped with a dining area. In turn there is a door leading to the kitchen. There is also 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 en suite bedrooms from which 2 are double en suite bedrooms with private terraces and sea views and 1 twin en suite bedroom. The outdoor area is enclosed with green natural fence and natural stone walls, private car parking. Large private pool and a jacuzzi with sea views. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure
