The villa is beautifully equipped and very well situated, close to the village and beach (5-10m walk). The garden/pool area is lovely and it was immaculately clean. The owner was very helpful and flexible, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Located 300 meters from Mastichari Beach is the beautiful Villa Eos. Unique in its kind with three double bedrooms with attached ensuite bathrooms and a fourth bathroom, it is perfect for groups of friends and families who want to share their holidays while maintaining the privacy everyone is looking for. Each room is equipped with independent air conditioning. The bathrooms are fully equipped with hairdryers and shower products. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the third is equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Each room is equipped with a large wardrobe and television. The living room is furnished with a large sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, smart TV, and a table that can seat all guests. Connected to the living room, in open space style, we find the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. The villa also has a fully equipped laundry room. Both the kitchen and the living room overlook a large veranda, equipped with sofas, armchairs, and a large table where you can spend the days in company. Villa Eos is surrounded by a beautiful garden and private parking for two cars.
Exactly in the middle of the island of Kos in a strategic position to visit the whole island, we find the village of Mastichari, a beautiful village overlooking the sea in traditional and well-kept style. Mastichari is equipped with all the necessary services: restaurants and taverns, mini markets with local products, beach with umbrellas and free beach, bars, tourist agencies, car and motorbike rental, water sports centers. In Mastichari you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset and it is also the best point for those who want to explore the adjacent islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos just 30 minutes by boat. Just 20km away is Kos town. At the same distance but in the opposite direction we find the beautiful beaches of Kefalos.
