The exterior construction is made by hand from my father as his specialty is architectural decoration and artistic craft. Also,the interior decoration has been structured by me and my mother having in mind the creation of a luxurious and comfortable villa! In particular the stone architecture reflects local construction traditions whilst the modern interior gives a luxurious dimension and was designed with your comfort in mind. Your stay in our villa will be unforgettable!

3 bedroom Luxury Villa Loel is located in the traditional village of Tzamarelata, in the picturesque region of Erissos. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in luxurious surroundings. 2 of the bedrooms are located on the first floor (one double with en-suite, and one twin) and one double is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are light and airy with beautiful, well coordinating décor, fitted wardrobes, comfort mattresses, a desk, balconies and amazing sea views. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are on the upper floor including an en-suite and one is on the ground floor. The villa also features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area which blends effortlessly into the living room which is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table. Outside there is a large sun terrace, with a BBQ, outdoor dining facilities, sun loungers and a private infinity swimming pool. Cool down in the garden and admire the sea views and sunset. The villa has some metal horizontal railings, designed to offer great views on the ground floor and the 1st floor veranda that could be climbed by small children, so we ask for your attention.

The village of Tzamarelata has kept its traditional architecture and charm and offers a variety beautiful beaches, services and walking trails. Within walking distance you can dine at Ranzo Ionio where they serve delicious homemade food cooked in a traditional oven. Maganos Village is just 1.5 km away. There you can find grocery stores that offer delivery to the villa, a couple n of tavernas and cafés. Beautiful Alaties and St. Jerusalem are the nearest beaches. Both have tavernas and St Jerusalem also has sunbeds. In the surrounding locale, approx. 7km, you can discover even more beautiful beaches like Dafnoudi, Foki, Kimilia and Emplisi. Picturesque Fiskardo village, with its cafés, shops, port and cosmopolitan vibe is 7 km away. Ferries to neighbouring Lefkada leave from Fiskardo and make an ideal day trip, or you can hire a boat, dive, kayak, take a day trip…there are many activities available there. There are many easy to medium hiking trails in the area, exploring the nearby beaches, Fiskardo Basilika, some historic spots and landmarks.
