A brand new chic villa made of natural stone 50 meters from the sea. It is located 700 meters from the center of Chanioti village, has its own pool, barbecue, green area, outdoor shower, 2 parking spaces, closed territory. The villa consists of three floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double and the other with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture. Each room has air conditioning. The house is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. Maximum capacity: 6 people.Please note that you are renting a private property with no staff. You need to buy related products yourself, such as shampoos, trash bags and toilet paper. We provide a minimum set for check-in. It is necessary to discuss check-in details in advance, as there is no reception.  Cleaning services and linen change are available at an additional cost.
