TheHotelgr was founded on 2004 as a small software company, that very soon realized the need to promote Crete in the world and "to connect" the guests of Crete with the locals under all types of services (accommodation, experiences, taste of real Crete). The best way to make that true was through a travel agency and that is how TheHotelgr Travel Agency was created by Emmanuel Solidakis with the help of his brother, Yannis Solidakis. Our team has 15 years of experience in incoming tourism in Villas, luxury Apartments and hotels in Crete. We are specialized in offering concierge, personalized services to all our guests. We help our guests have lovely memories during their holidays and live some of the best experiences of Crete. We wish you come back and stay in the same or another property of our handpicked portfolio again after a few years. During the last years we manage exclusively a few Villas and Apartments, and we help our guests to enjoy really special holidays as well as the owners to offer top hospitality and get a good income. TheHotelgr is registered in the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT) and our office is located in 41-43 Skalidi street in Chania town.

Villa Marilia is a traditional, hospitable 2-bedroom villa with a private pool. Nestled in the quaint village of Pagkalochori, it is situated near the charming villages of Sfakaki and Asteri, approximately 11 km east of the picturesque town of Rethymno. A spacious open plan area with a living room corner, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and a washing machine are offered on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 bedrooms and a further common bathroom with bath-tub are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed and TV, and the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms and living area offer air-conditioning and balconies with mountain views. A private swimming pool of about 30 sqm is provided. It is surrounded by a stone terrace and a beautiful, lush green garden, with sun chairs and umbrellas. A stone barbecue is also available.

One tavern and one mini market can be found about 1200 meters away. The nearby village of Sfakaki (about 1,5 km away) is a seaside touristic village with a nice sandy beach, a few shops, mini-markets, and taverns. A car is needed for your stay to explore the nearby sandy beaches and to visit the more lively, nearby town of Platanes (7 km away) and the old town of Rethymno.
