Set just 5 minutes from Chalki Port and Pontamos beach, this spacious, stone-built historical property has been fully restored with respect to traditional architecture and to include modern amenities. The property is accessible to people with mobility issues as it is equipped with a wheelchair ramp. It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom fitted with a shower and a washing machine and a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a sectional sofa and LCD TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso and other beverages machine. Guests can enjoy dining at the indoor or outdoor dining rooms, while a wooden pergola and sun-loungers can be found in the garden.

To be more precise the villa is a ground floor 63,70 sq. m. fully refurbished and fully equipped in order to satisfy even the most demanding visitors. The master bedroom is design to be blue, inspired by the sea and the sky of Halki, and it has a king size bed with night stands on each side, a large wardrobe and an A/C system installed. The second bedroom, there are two twin beds, with the option to become double beds if needed, nightstands, a large wardrobe, and A/C installed as well. The Living room has a large sofa, A/C installed and a flat TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster and two espresso machines. In the garden, besides the pergola, there is a large wooden table with 6 comfortable chairs, 2 sun beds and a wooden mini bar, to satisfy visitors’ every need. The Villa is children and family friendly and it is ideal for families that they searching for a large house for the vacations, safety, couples or friends that they want to experience the privacy and tranquility of a small and traditional island of the Aegean. The house is designed to be friendly to people with disabilities.

Vila Miranda is located in the center of the Island and it is designed to best utilize each every space of the building. It is 5 min. away – on foot- from the Port of the island, and from Pondamos, the main beach of Halki. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a bathroom with a shower installed and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden is quite large 390 sq. m. and there is a pergola wait for the visitors to enjoy the shade, when the summer breeze blows. Also you can find 2 sun beds and a sitting room. The Villa is children and family friendly , and it is ideal for families that they searching for a large house for the vacations, safety, couples or friends that they want to experience the privacy and tranquility of a small and traditional island of the Aegean. Also ee provide to our guests a baby-cot and a baby-chair for the babys and a safety-net for the children. The house is designed to be friendly to people with disabilities. There is a ramp in the main entrance to allow the entrance to the house and to the garden. The house is isolated and private. While guests are enjoining their holidays, the owners of the house will be at their disposal for anything they might need.

Neighbourhood information

If you choose to walk to the villa, you’ll have to go up the road to the school, and you’ll have to turn left on the first slated road that you’ll find. Then you will turn right again and you will be in front of the house. There is always the option to use a car! The house is only 5 min on foot from the commercial center of the Island, called “Piazza” where there several mini markets and a mini bus station that takes visitors of Halki to the beaches of the island. Halki is decorated around with beautiful beaches, many of them accessible by walking while others with boats. The beaches that you can easily walk to are Pontamos, Ftenagia, Kania and Giali.
