The contemporary, galley-style kitchen is well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Full-sized appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are also dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a coffeemaker, a smoothie maker, and other kitchen essentials. There is also a clothes washer. The villa's charm extends throughout the two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms also has a single sofa bed.
