Villa Vollard is an amazing villa, offering stunning sea views. The Villa covers 320 m2 in total, comfortably accommodating 9 guests in beds and up to 11 people if it is necessary. The Villa offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area, featuring a large courtyard with a beautiful garden that surrounds the Villa, charcoal BBQ facilities, a private swimming pool, jacuzzi tub and parking space for 4 cars. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, outdoor dining table under a shaded pergola, as well as an outdoor, comfortable sitting area.

Neighbourhood information

Rodia, due to its panoramic location is characterised as the “Balcony of Heraklion” offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea! The amphitheatre style construction of these wonderful villas, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the famous Dia’s Island. The nearest beaches are Pantantassa (just 2,5 km away) Helidoni and Palaiokastro. Not far there is also Ligaria Beach. Close to the Villa you can also find several tavernas, super market and pharmacy. Additionally there are many places that can be easily visited from the villa and attractive for daily entertainment for families with children such as two water parks (1.8 km and 16 km), aquarium (5.2 km), planetarium (5.1 km) and dinosaurs theme park (4.8 km), etc. Other major facilities of the island are only a breath away from the villa, such as the Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport and the port of the city, as well as the exit to the highway that gives easy access to the centre of Heraklion and to the other cities in Crete such as Rethymno, Chania, Agios Nikolaos, Hersonissos, Malia, Elounda and others.
