Fantastic location - real privacy, only nature around. A lot of scenic walking trails around, starry night sky, sheep and goats, birds and visiting shy cats (get some cat food ready :). House is a little refuge in nature, without foregoing any of life's luxuries. Owner is very heplful, passionate about this place (still planning improvements to come) and simply a very nice person. Also he provided extra things we asked for, brought family made olive oil, vegetables and delicious jams as a gift. Road is good enough for a small car. Electricity and wifi working well. If you visit during cool weather you can still admire views during meals throug big window seating comfortably and warm inside. New toilet and shower in a seperate part od the house; also with a window with a view (warm water: sun heated).

The location is stunning, with fantastic views all around. There are dark skies for stargazing, a garden to chill in and a pool to cool off. The accommodation is simple, but everything you need is there. Stelios is an excellent host who gave us a warm welcome & made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

First off, the location is just amazing. You are so isolated and private. The views are stunning of the mountains,we loved watching the vultures! Yes it's quite far from a shop, about 15mins, but the seclusion is really the reason to book. The owner is so so lovely and helpful. He brought us vegetables grown by his family which were delicious! The hut itself is incredibly well equipped for such a small space. The kitchen has everything you could need with lots of pans, utensils and olive oil from their own olives etc. The bed is comfortable and the lighting is good. We had no problems with the electricity at all. The WiFi is fast. The little pool is wonderful! The whole outside area is so well cared for and pretty. Their are sunbeds which we used for stargazing. Staying here was a unique experience and we just loved it. Honestly one of our favourite stays anywhere, ever!

Deze locatie heeft indruk op ons gemaakt. “In the middle of nowhere”, soort van. Een kleine oase in een filmische omgeving. Vanuit het badje naar de sporadisch langsrijdende pick-ups kijken die met stofwolken achter de bergen verdwijnen. Het geluid van de bellen van de schapen die hun eigen leven leiden daar in de bergen. Echt een ongelofelijke ervaring. De host was zeer gastvrij en bekommert zich om zijn gasten en laat je je welkom voelen in zijn paradijs. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. En ik bewonder de creativiteit en inventiviteit van Stelios. Het huisje is duurzaam, luxe en gaat toch ook op in de omgeving. De weg naar het huisje toe is prima, breed en goed begaanbaar. Wij zijn twee keer naar het strand Tris Ekklisies geweest en hebben daar heerlijk op een terrasje gezeten waar wij de lekkerste vis ooit hebben gegeten. Gemoedelijk strand waar voornamelijk Griekse families komen met wat tavernes. The Wooden House is een beleving en iets om nooit te vergeten.
