Company information

Welcome to our Seaside House, near the famous Agrileza seaside beach. We take extra measures during disinfection. We use lots of chlorine for floor cleaning, lots of antiseptic for surface cleaning, house remains closed for at least 1 day prior to next arrival so if there is any bacteria leftover to be terminated. The Lemons and Grapefruit trees around the house help in keeping an alkaline environment non-friendly to bacteria, especially when combined with the Salty sea environment due to sea proximity. The Distance of Main House to external fence is more than 5m. Our company is a family business with 3 more properties downtown Athens. We try to ensure that accommodation in our premises is a delightful experience! Most of the Time Sotiris will be showing guests around, although in some cases Yuki will also be welcoming you.

The Whole Villa with garden is available for the guests. This is a beautiful love house built in 1973 with a history and unforgettable memory.The house is 65 sqm with big balcony of 70sqm and has a large green garden with 750 square meter with 3 vehicles garage. There are olive tree, grape vines, lemons tree,rosebuds in the garden。It is only 162 meters from the seaside and a 1-minute walk away. Free wi-fi is provided. Due to recent high energy prices, kindly be considerate in the electrical appliances usage and please don't let them on when leaving Villa. Smoking is allowed only at the huge Balconies area.

Neighbourhood information

The agrileza seaside beach is just few seconds away. The city of Dilesi is about 3 Km away, while the bus stop for the KTEL bus service connecting to Main Town of Skala oropos, Athens and the ferry connection with the City of Eretria is just 200m from the house. There is a club by the sea, a small coffee bar in the summer, barbecue, beach, volleyball, competition, free table tennis, free open-air cinema on weekends especially for couple vacations. The beach side is well preserved with Trees, Benches and umbrellas freely available.
