Condado la Villa was recognized en 2014 as the best work in the Uaxaxtún Residential category y Cementos Progreso Awards for Excellence and the Guatemalan Chamber of Construction, the design of the building is in shape on an "H" that propose large windows that allow the natural passage of light as well as cross ventilation that makes the temperature more comfortable. Wi-Fi, parking inside the building, amazing bed to guarantee a good sleep.

The neighborhood is quiet and there are shops nearby to buy anything, less than 100 meters away you can find grocery stores, tortillas, butchers, fruit and vegetables, etc. Los Proceres shopping center is a 10 minute walking distance. Always and for general safety it is recommended not to go out with cell phones in hand or laptops. To enter the parking lot of the building you have to show up at the sentry box and they will open the gate for you, the parking spaces are in basement 1, B12 and B13. To get to the building, the easiest way is to take 20 street in zone 10, cross at 14 avenue to La Villa Cemetery and cross again to the left to take that street to the bottom (6 blocks).
