The place is literally on the river, I spent every morning half an hour sitting on the porch looking at the birds. We booked a tour at the place, going along the river, to Playa Blanca, and Livingstone, which was not too expensive and very nice. The food was good as well.

We absolutely loved the owners, they are a wonderful couple who do a lot of humanitarian work which is amazing! The location is gorgeous, the whole resort is well designed and surrounded by beautiful nature. You can use paddle boards and kayaks.

What a little paradise 😍 It's tranquil, romantic, and fully facilitated. You won't need nor want to be anywhere else but sit here and relax. Though you can easily use it as a jump off for tours and activities if you want to. The staff will gladly arrange whatever you please 😙 Lastly, make sure to get one of Silvia's massages if you get the chance. If you weren't relaxed yet after everything on offer, you inevitably will be after this! ❤️

Our stay at Marina Boatique was amazing. The hotel is beautifully located in a small branch of the Rio Dulce River in Wild Nature from where you can see monkeys and lizards in the wild. The environment is very tranquil which was perfect to end our holiday and relax after multiple days of adventure. It's location is convenient to do a day trip to Livingston. The facilities in the hotel (toilet/shower) were all common but very clean and the food was great! The staff were very friendly as well. Last but not least, me and my friend booked a massage which I would definitely recommend.

The staff is friendly, we loved Augusto! :) Great place to chill for 2-3 days. The pool is very nice and the room was very clean! You will be picked up for free with a boat to get you to the hotel and its only 5 minutes away. The food is a bit pricy but it was very tasty and worth it!

A superb and very different place to stay. Really away from it all with excellent facilities. Every meal was a joy and the friendly staff could not have been more helpful. Spotless room and nothing was too much trouble.

One of the best places we stayed in Guatemala. Staff and owner were very friendly. They can also arrange for you a boat tour which will pick you up from the hotel. Rooms are sparkling clean.
