Small and cozy colonial villa in an exclusive complex at the entrance of Antigua. Perfectly located to enjoy the city's vibrancy and then relax and unwind. Ideal for families with two young children or couples. Every detail was carefully considered to create a magical space for a relaxing stay. The colonial details transport you back to the time when Antigua was the capital of Guatemala. The property is fully equipped with everything you need, including appliances, cookware, cutlery, linens, and towels. It can be rented together with its twin apartment for up to 8 guests. The villa has two stories, with the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The TV and main wardrobe are also located on this level. The living room, kitchen, and dining table are on the first floor. There is a lovely table outside where you can enjoy coffee or a sunbath right in front of the villa's entrance. The villa is located in a beautiful condo with 24-hour security and is very private. Parking is available inside the condo. The villa is within walking distance of Central Park and just 5 minutes from Casa Santo Domingo. It is also located right at the entrance of El Tenedor del Cerro restaurant and many other restaurants, bars, and shops.
I'm a Guatemalan coffee grower from Huehuetenango, and I'm proud to call Antigua my home. There are two Minimarkets (La Antiguita and Super 24) in the entrance of the Villas for supplies! Also close in Super 24 there is an ATM if you need cash.
