We had a wonderful stay here and would have loved to stay longer. The house is tucked away so feels secluded and the view is stunning. The place has everything you need, basics are included for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee) the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was well stocked including swimming towels. Clements was very helpful in giving information on how to get there and the local area, and was there to greet us when we arrived. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful view and location in a nice area on Lake Atitlan. Clemens was a great host and assisted in arranging private lanchas for arrival and departure. The kitchen facilities are nice to have and it is good to follow the suggestion to buy groceries in Panajachel before coming to the house. It is a very private location. Especially enjoyed the hammock and watching sunrises and sunsets from the porch.

Le sentiment d’isolement avec une ouverture sur le lac, la possibilité de baignade et de kayak dans des eaux cristallines. La cuisine permettait de pouvoir être autonomes. L’environnement est exceptionnel, deux villages à distance de marche. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant. Il faut savoir qu’une centaine de marches nous relient au lac et que le moyen de transport est le water taxi, on s’y fait, on apprécie avec le temps la beauté de ce véritable jardin botanique, merci Andrès!
