This apartment exceeded our expectations as first time visitors. We regularly stay overnight in Georgetown but had not seen JR before. Ryan and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious, very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and very kindly the fridge was stocked with water, milk,eggs, bread. Tea and coffee too and basket with local treats. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect.Soft towels supplied. The apartment is set at the back of a progressive complex with an established roof top bar and plans for a high end restaurant well under way. The area is convenient for everything .

Spacious, airy and light apartment in a very safe neighborhood. Very comfortable beds and super clean. The host welcomed us with a very warm welcome and water and snacks were already in the house! Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

The apartment was light and airy. It had all the facilities necessary for a short stay including a washing machine. The air conditioners were the quietest I have come across - a real bonus! The property was extremely clean and in very good condition. The property was in a gated commercial place so we felt very safe.The owners were very thoughtful and stocked the apartment with snacks, bread, milk and water. They were available to answer any questions and I found them all very hospitable. I liked the area as there were a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall a great place and I would definitely stay here again.

Cindy and her husband Ryan were extremely accommodating during the end of our trip visiting family in East-Berbice. I initially booked the larger unit but due to additional guests we were able to secure the lower apartment giving us total privacy and comfort as we prepared to head back to the states. First off, both units were VERY spacious with a balcony on the second floor unit. The units are not accessible by the main road which provided a sense of security since it was the first time many of us were staying in the area. There are many local stores, shops and restaurants within walking distance and about an hour drive from GEO airport. My family throughly enjoyed their short stay and we would love to return for the next trip !

We arrived late ate night because of a delay at the ferry. The hosts patiently waited and even had some essentials waiting for us at the appartment. The guys that work at the garage downstairs even helped us carry up all of our luggage. Very hospitable! One of the days we even received some cowheelsoup, free of charge!

The showers and bathroom were sparkling ✨️ clean. The bedrooms were tidy neat and comfortable with clean and non shedding linen. The laundry machines were available with detergent and bleach already there. Good amount of usable, presentable, and clean dishes. Sufficient water pressure.
