The Space: This luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 bath, relaxing beachfront ground floor condo has fantastic unobstructed views of the private beach and lagoon and features the largest resort style pool on the island. Features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV in the living room, king size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Equipped with washer and dryer, bath and pool towels provided, and all beds are dressed for your party. The center stage will be the most fabulous sunsets, all from the privacy of your huge balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea! We supply basic consumables needed for your entire stay; paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, coffee, creamer, sweetener, coffee filters, first aid kit, and to make things easier, a luggage cart to help you pack and unpack from your car and move things to and from the beach and pool. Guest Access: You will be provided the door code, wifi code, and all other check-in information 2 days before check-in.
I currently live in the U.S and decided to share my condo so people can experience this incredible place. There is so much to do here and with it's own private beach and giant resort pool, this plantation is the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy this quiet gem.
Parrot Tree Plantation is a 180 acre gated Resort Community sitting on a peninsula between First and Second Bight surrounded by water, lush tropical foliage and gardens within. Design by renowned Architects House and House from San Francisco, California. This Mediterranean-Spanish Colonial style sub-division offers its residents a private beach, 320 Ft free-form pool with water-slide for kids, 24-hour security, long nature trails for walking and hiking. GARM Medical Clinic on site.
