The building is divided into two separate apartments. Each is about 40 square meters in size and has no internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has privacy. The facilities are connected by a covered outdoor terrace. The units are air-conditioned, have a flat-screen TV, two bedrooms with bathrooms, indoor and outdoor seating areas. There are kitchens with coffee machine, ovens, microwave refrigerators, induction plates, cookers, toasters, and dishwashers. Small hair dryers, steam irons are available in the bathrooms. The apartment is located on a hill. The nearest beach is 600 m away. There is a Spar supermarket nearby (5 minutes' drive). Most markets and drugstores: Konzum, Plodine, Tommy, Bipa, Dm are located in the city center, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. At the entrance to Crikvenica there is Duga Mall and Lidl supermarket. In the center of Crikvenica, a cultural and entertainment program for visitors takes place every evening. There you can see a museum, several galleries and an aquarium with sea fish. On the main square you can book and buy tickets for boat trips to the nearby islands of Krk and Rab, and in travel agencies for trips to Plitvice Lakes National Park or Venice. In the surroundings of Crikvenica, you can enjoy walking in nature, Nordic walking, cycling. If you are a hiking enthusiast, you will surely like going to the Kavranova stena viewpoint at 301 meters above sea level, which rises above Crikvenica and offers beautiful views of the Crikvenica Riviera, Krk, Učka and views of the mountains of Gorski kotar.
