Apartment spreads over 96 m2 and is newly redecorated. It is located at the first floor of the building with an elevator. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hall and a kitchen with a living room. Each bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, a wash basin, large mirrors and a toilet. Kitchen has a brand new appliances, an oven, a refrigerator and a ceramic hob. There are also available cleaning agents.
Apartment has a balcony, a loggia with seating and two french balconies, a flat screen tv, free Wi-Fi and TV programs, 2 air conditioners (1 in living room and kitchen and 1 in master bedroom), an iron and a steel cloth dryer.
Apartment is located 15 min walking from the main promenade Korzo, 3,5 km from the beach and 400 m from the Train station Rijeka. Extremely close to the apartment you can find market Konzum, Erste bank, currency exchange, pharmacy, bakery, kiosk and bus station.
