This apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children (or 4 adults). It is very comfortable and practical. It has kitchen with all accessories, bathroom with towels, TV, 2 climates, terrace, parking. If you are a sportsman, this is an ideal place for you. There are many beautiful bike paths by the sea or off the road, many activities like beach volleyball, golf, tennis, diving, water sports and much more. Umag has a great gastronomic offer, such as fish restaurants or family run local specialties, cocktail bars and in July there is an ATP tennis tournament. It offers excursions and various excursions such as: Panoramic flights; The mountain Buje-Buzet-Brest for lovers of walking and hiking; Boat Picnic: The Aqua Vision boat reveals an incredible underwater; Canu rafting; or trips to NP Brijuni, Plitvice Lakes, Venice, Motovun, Postojna-Lipica, Pula and Rovinj

It is an ideal choice for lovers of peace, quiet, and natural, uncrowded beaches. The building features one apartment and a private parking space. If you get the urge to spoil yourself, our good neighbour - the Kempinski Hotel - has everything you’re looking for. The town center is ten minutes by car, and the beach about 2 minutes on foot, and golf is 1 minute, supermarket 50 meters away, tennis courts 50m, quiet neighborhood. There is a playground 50 meters away, ideal for families with children. I would warmly recommend to visit the oldest Croatian light house in Savudrija (10 mins drive) and Piran is also a must see, including the walking path in Strunjan. Koper, Triest is also within an hour's drive.The children's playground is near the apartment and is free, the swimming pool is owned by the hotel nearby but is charged at the hotel price.
