A big and warm welcome to all of our guests from Roberto and Dragica. We are a couple from many years now living in the small village of Sveti Lovreč. We enjoy our time in pension and live a quiet life, take care of our property and enjoy our time with our dog Akea.

Apartment Leni is a fresh new apartment located in a small Istrian village with ancient roots dating from the Venetian times. It offers everything someone needs for a nice and cosy stay in which you can feel like at home. It boasts a comfy king-size bad with a large closet in which you can find additional sheets and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware you'll need to prepare some delicious food. We took care about a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and more. In the bathroom you can find a large shower, a bidet and usual toilette furniture with a hairdryer and more. There is even another toilette available with a washing machine. The dinning area has a sofa which could be converted in an additional bed suitable for one adult or two children. Both rooms are equipped with dedicated air-conditioning. Guests can decide on which side they prefer to chill and drink coffee outside... on the terrace or directly on the main square with a XII. century church view. There is also our private place where you can park your car.

Sveti Lovreč has a great history dating from the Venice Republic. It is surrounded by a wall which was protecting the town during wars in the middle ages. It is a really nice village to have an evening walk around. Of course you can find also a restaurant, few bars and grocery stores. It is also a great location for cycling. There are a lot of marked cycling routes which are connecting most of the villages and cities on the Istrian peninsula. By car you can reach Lim Fjord in 5 minutes or visit Poreč or Vrsar in just 10 minutes. Definitely there are a lot of interesting spots you can visit in the vibrant Istria.
