After a rental break of several years due to business reasons, we are back on the market :) In the last open season, we had a rating of 9.3 on booking (see the photo), after which we rented the apartment for a period of a few years to business clients. We are back now :) Briefly, our place is a comfortable 2 bedroom + living room apartment (57 m2) with bathroom and kitchen located only 5 minutes to the nearest beach and 8 minutes to the city center on foot. It also has two balconies perfect for morning coffee. The nearest restaurant is only 50 m away. There are also supermarkets and gas station in the nearby (we will send you short info after reservation). Apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and especially for families (with kids). Our goal is to make your stay in our apartment as pleasant as possible :) We are at your disposal for all questions and needs.
We are a family that likes to meet new people and cultures. That was one of the main reasons why we decided to rent our apartment in the first place. Unfortunately, due to numerous business commitments, this year we may not be able to welcome all our guests in person as usually. If this would be the case, we will be at your disposal via messages, e-mail and phone. We will try to make your stay in Poreč and our apartment as pleasant as possible.
Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Nearby there are two supermarkets, a gas station, several restaurants, a sports field and a children's park. The nearest beach (Pical beach) and beach bars are a 7-minute away on foot, and the city center is a 15-minute away on foot. Everything is marked on the map that we have created for guests who book our accommodation. Right in front of the apartment is a shared private parking space that is shared with users of other apartments in the building. Nearby there are also few shared public parking spaces which we also marked on the previous mentioned map. Please be noted that the private shared parking space is not suitable for low cars. Please use it carefully.
