Our apartments are located in a very quiet part of town, sheltered from noise coming from downtown because of elevated position and green surroundings. The sea is not visible from the window, but if you just take a peek at the alley you can sense the sea scent :) The famous cape Leva with lighthouse and rocky beach is waiting for you to discover it just a few steps from our apartments. There is also a children's play park nearby, and if you sit on the bench next to the bell tower you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening.
I started a tourism business just recently, but I am surrounded by tourists all my life, so I don't mind it, in fact, I love doing it. I've been a receptionist for many years and I love working with people. I always try to welcome every guest, usually in the parking lot, and help him with his luggage, thus enabling him to arrive at his destination as easily as possible and begin the expected magical vacation.
Kaciol is a very nice, antique neighborhood. Because the streets are very narrow, our apartments cannot be approached by car, which is a flaw, but also an advantage. To reach Riva, the center of Veli Lošinj, takes only a few minutes, is enough to go down the picturesque stone steps by the church. Our guests praise the position of the apartment, but there are also those who find it difficult to reach us on foot, since the parking lot is a ten-minute easy walk away. We are kindly asking our potential guests to take that into consideration before coming.
