Vila is in a perfect summer holiday location, just a few steps from the sea with crystal clear water in the picturesque little coastal village of Rogac on the lushly forested, sunny island of Solta in the blue Adriatic Sea. villa with a swimming pool, ideal for sailboat guests, families, persons who wish quite and relaxing vacation. Apt. has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, separate bedroom and a large terrace. The nearest beaches suitable for children, couples, families or singles are only 10 metres away. Distance to the centre of Rogač with a range of shops, colourful markets and good gastronomy is 300 m. The beautifully landscaped yard has a swimming pool, a small whirlpool, garden house with summer kitchen, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Restaurants, shops, supermarket, ambulance and marketplace are about 300 to 2000 m from the Villa. The historical Mediterranean metropolis of Split is definitely worth a day trip (about 50 minutes away by boat.
