It was a pretty, bit oldschool but very clean and neat apartment with sea view for a good price, a 5min walk from the city centre and a short 15min walk from the nearest beach. We could also park our car for free at the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and nice, though they didn't speak English. We had a lovely time here.

The house Stetic has 5 very nice apartments: Grand, Punta, Plav, Vista, and Vela. The apartment Punta is 63 m² in size and is located on the 1. floor. The apartment Vela is 40 m² in size and Vista is 30 m² in size and they are located on the 2. floor with a nice sea view. Apartments are fully furnished with WI-FI, AC, TV, dining area & integrated modern kitchen contains all the equipment necessary for your stay. Very comfortable king-size beds in the bedrooms, linen, and a set of towels are provided, as well as a set of amenities in the bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise, a glass of wine during the day, or romantic evenings on the lovely balcony or terrace with an unforgettable view. If you want to grill fish or meat at your disposal is an outdoor barbecue located in the beautiful garden. Apartments are an ideal choice for couples, families, business travelers, and sports lovers. The apartments have all the facilities you might need to spend a perfect time in Krk. INCLUDED IN THE RATE: AIR-CONDITION WI-FI INTERNET BED LINENS TOWELS: for the bathroom not for the beach LIQUID SOAP & TOILET PAPER COOKING BASICS: pots and pans, dishes, cutlery HAIR DRIER The distance from the apartments to the sea is only 300m. Parking places are onsite. The Island of Krk represents a unique tourist destination, one easily accessible from any direction.

Krk is a well-known Mediterranean holiday resort with a crystal clear sea and beautiful landscape and provides an ideal place for relaxation and recreation. You can enjoy a warm climate, sea breeze, and beautiful beaches. The distance to the beaches from the apartment: Porporela Beach 400m, Jezevac 700m, Plav 800m, Punta di Galleto 900m, and Drazice 1 km. If you want to go to the nearest grocery shop and shopping center we suggest you go on foot. The distance is only 200m from the apartment or less than a 5 – minute walk. There are many very good restaurants close to the apartment. The distance is approx. 200m to 400m, restaurants Veja's , konoba Krk, konoba Corsaro, konoba Camplin, Galija, Citta Vecchia... Due to its location, Krk offers many possibilities for an active vacation. 300 km of various pedestrian and cycling routes lead from the town of Krk to the surrounding area and excursion boats offer daily trips to the nearest islands and more distant beaches. Krk has rich Mediterranean vegetation and climate with long and warm summers and mild winters. It is also worth mentioning that Krk is one of the sunniest parts of Europe, with no less than 2500 sunny hours in the year!
