Property information

Both apartments are located on the ground floor. One apartment is a studio (= living room, bedroom and kitchenette in one room). The second apartment is also located on the ground floor. This apartment consists of two bedrooms with double bed, kitchen with dining room and living room, bathroom with shower / WC, balcony, satellite TV, coffee maker, barbecue and parking. The house is 3000 m from the center of Crikvenica and only 80 m from the beach. Please note that an air conditioning fee of 8 euro per night is not included in the price.

Neighbourhood information

If you continue along the promenade from Crikvenica, you will reach the small coastal town of Dramalj. It is characterized by Mediterranean climate, lush vegetation, clear sea and plenty of sunshine. On some beaches you can experience numerous attractions. On the Kačjak peninsula in Dramalj there is a tourist complex that contains bungalows, sports and recreation center with sports fields, a night club and numerous restaurants and cafes with a wonderful view of Krk. Also, Dramalj is an excellent choice if you are going on vacation with children and it would be interesting to see what the summer carnival that takes place in this cute Kvarner town looks like.
