It is all what we stand for: an oasis of peace and untouched nature surrounded by wood with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Kvarner, a huge car park roofed over by vine, a terrace with a more than a century old cistern, a nicely tended garden and three grill terraces roofed over by kiwi trees. The place is particularly suitable for children, since its 2000 square metres of green area enable them to play carelessly and safely. All that is possible at a distance of just 350 metres from the seaside. However, the right answer to the above question must be given by yourselves.
