The apartment is situated in the new, urban building with Supemarket, Pharmacy, Bank, DM, 4 caffe bars, Bakery shop, Hairdresser, Dentist etc.(all in the bilding). The building won the reward in 2006. You have 10 minutes walk to the beach Žnjan because the apartment is situated in the coastal part of the town, named after beach Znjan. The Apartment has a nice and fresh garaged parking place in the building. The apartment itself is situated on the 6. floor (the building has 7 floors). There are 2 elevators. Balcony is with partial sea view. The apartment is 32 m2- for two, maximum three persons, children are wellcome among this three persons. If it is neces. we can provide portable cot for the baby . Apartment is completely equipped with all needed for nice stay.

The apartment is situated in good living quarter, on the south side of the town. The quarter is called Znjan beacuse nearby is Znjan beach, the biggest beach in the town. You can reach the Center of the town, by walking by the sea. It is very interesting rout. Those who don't like walkig can call the Taxi or take the bus (across the street is local bus station, bus number 8 will drive you to the old town in 15 minutes). Supermarket, bank and the pharmacy are in the same building. The Restaurant Dalmatino and the Tennis court are near the building. You will have garaged parkig place in the building.
