The house is surrounded by a garden both infront and in the back. Green grass with roses are in the front which I feel very relaxing for the eyes. The back garden also has grass and a few fruit trees. There is a place in the back garden with a table and beches for the guests to sit and have a BBQ, while at the same time relax while doing so Evening there are especially cool. Views are all towards the beautiful sea which lies ahead. All my appartments have been graded with three stars. Despite the fact that there is air condioning all my guests say that the interior is very cool, due to the fact that we have recently renewed our facade. The closest beach is oinly 150 meters from the house. IMPORTANT there is no washing machine in the apartment, but if guests need to wash their clothes I am will to do so , but an extra charge of 4 euro will be charged per load..
I was actually born in Zambia, Africa. My father was from Croatia and my mother from Poland. I am quite an open person and love to make contact with my guests which in the end leads to friendship. I am always nearby so that if ever my guests need me for any reason they only have to call me from the terace or balcony. . If ever there is a question I try to answer immediately. I always wait for my guests and on arrival I treat them to cold drinks, normally beer for the adults and juice for the children. No matter what time they leave, I am always here to say good bye and wish them a good and safe trip home. I like my guests to feel as though they are at home. IMPORTANT there is no washing machine in the apartment but if guests need to have their washing done, I do it. There is a price of 4 euros per machine.
My house is in a very nice area. The beach is only a few minutes walk.. Close by there is a adrenalin park. About 450m towards town there is a lovely sand beach Crni Mol and a pub close by which is especially great for young people. A pebble beach is all along the shore which stretches along 2 km. Thanks to the high quality cleanliness of th sea, the beaches in Crikvenica have for several years been awarded the Blue Flag. Town is only a 20 to 30 minute walk along the beach. Two km from here is Kačjak a nudist beach. About 2 km we have a beach for our pets, DOGS. The Monty's Dog Beach is a pleasure both for the dogs and its owners. .It is located in the small harbour Podvorska. . In front of my house a city bus runs into town and back. We also have a small train that goes in both directions quite regullary. Nearby are tenis courts, sea-diving school, mini golf , sea parachuting, skiing, water park and other activities. Many boats offer trips to the island Krk or other islands, which can be a half or full day activity.We also have the Love Park which is one of the most beautiful footpaths located immediate vacinity of the town. A training centre outdoors recently been opened.
