The apartment was very clean and modern... It was near the beach... We also liked kids playground in the apartment zone... The owners were also very friendly and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Park Mimoza in Bašanija. We had everything we were looking for: clean and comfy accommodation, a place where our child could play and safely explore, privacy and the opportunity to hang out with other guests at the same time, lots of shade, peaceful nights and the vicinity of the sea. Miha also let us rent bikes so we could cycle to the sandy beach nearby. Thanks! 🙂 We would recommend this holiday rental to everyone who looks for a proper accommodation for families with children. Great property among pine trees to ensure shade but still very light, clean, and comfortable. Each property has a little porch/veranda in front, with table and chairs and grill. It is extremely quite with an occasional squirrel throwing nuts on top of the porch :-). Ideal for families with kids as it is also fenced (each bungalow gets its own parking spot within the gate). The beach is 5 minutes walk, it is rocky but has ok access to the sea, which is very clean. There is also a pool on the beach that can be used free of charge. A supermarket with basics, two bakeries and three restaurants are in walking distance (5-10 min). WiFi also worked perfectly and the owners were super hospitable and helpful.

The location was great, 2-3 minutes walk from the nice stony beach and close to local bars and restaurants as well as to the food store. The bungalow was surrounded by beautiful trees, which gave a cool rest from the sun. The outside patio was very nice to rest, cook and entertain. The owner friendly and helpful. Kitchenette well equipped and additional cooking space outside on the patio was very comfortable. Quite small children bedroom with bunk bed but after all it was only for sleeping so it does not ultimately affect the overall very positive assessment. Basanija is a quiet location lovely for families with children but it is close to Umag where you can find more entertainment, restaurants and do the shopping if you need to. Staying there for holiday was a real pleasure.
