This idyllic country house with pool is located in the small village of Grižane, above the Crikvenica Riviera, about 6 km from the capital Crikvenica and its beaches. The living space of the house of about 220 m2 is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, each with its own bathroom with shower. On the first floor of the house there is another bedroom with a double bed, a guest toilet, a living room of about 30 m2 and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. From this floor you also have access to a landscaped balcony, with a pool of around 24 m2. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and the large terrace with barbecue facilities is ideal for a shared breakfast or dinner. Parking for your car is located next to the house, and the house is equipped with satellite TV, wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine. The 6x4 m pool is cleaned with the latest technology (without chlorine and other chemical additives).

In the hinterland of Crikvenica, under the rocks of "Griža" and the ruins of the Frankopan town, lies this charming destination - Grižane. This small place had a glorious past, which is outlined by towers, the Grižane castle and the Old Town, which was destroyed in an earthquake in 1323. If you decide to rest in one of their holiday homes, use the day to explore Gradina, Badanje, the Church of Our Lady of the Snows and experience part of the magnificent history of this area. Visit permanent exhibition of miniatures and documents of "Michelangelo of miniatures" by Julije Klović, which is located in his birthplace and further enriches the tourist offer of Grižan.
