Property information

Stone beauty with a beautiful view. Old, stone house, renovated and refined in a charming combination of rustic and modern. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living room. In the shady yard, under a tall pine tree, next to an old rainwater cistern, there is, of course, a brick barbecue. It also has a garage for 2 cars, and from the terrace, there is a unique view of the sea and the sunset. The house is ideal for 4-6 people, and the uniqueness and beauty of its space offer a feeling of superior relaxation.

Lopar is known for the exceptional beauty of the natural landscape and a number of sandy beaches that attract nature and recreation lovers throughout the year. Kilometers of golden sand are the trademark of Lopar, which has 22 sandy beaches, the most famous of which is Rajska plaža. On one of these beaches, you can take part in making sculptures in the sand. There are also several archaeological sites in Lopar, and due to the exceptional landscape, geological research is also frequent. Rab is known as the "Island of happy people", and while you are there you should live the way the locals do.
