House Silvana is a 'Robinson Crusoe style' accommodation located in Lovrečina Bay on the northern side of Brač Island and comes with limited facilities. Guests can enjoy peace and quiet, untouched nature, crystal clear sea and the beauty of the wilderness. The house is not connected to electricity network, but is solar powered. Hot water is provided via solar panels and there is an outdoor water tank heated directly by the sun. The house is fitted with a seating area and a dining area. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge and a stovetop and a bathroom with a shower. It also features a furnished terrace overlooking the bay and the Adriatic Sea. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 70 km from the property. The property can be reached only by car via a 50 metres long macadam road that ends in front of the property.

House Silvana is located in a beautiful bay Lovrečina on the island of Brač and it offers an ideal holiday in an authentic Mediterranean environment. Since the house is located in one of the most popular beaches on the island, privacy during the day is not guaranteed. If you want to go to the more secluded bays and beaches, and you have your own boat, you have available a boat mooring and a parking for the trailer. The house is equipped with solar panels that provide electricity. It is forbidden to use smaller appliances that are energy-intensive. The facility is connected to the water network and there is no restriction in water use. Hot water of 50l, heated by solar energy, can be used in the bathroom and on the outside shower. Access to the house is excellent and 50 m of gravel road lead to the house.

<p>In this small fishing village on the island of Brač, you will feel the real Dalmatian atmosphere. Numerous stone houses and narrow streets give Postire its charm. No matter which beach you go to, you won't go wrong, from Gabrova, Rot and Zastivonje in the center of town, to Vela Lozna, Lovrečina and Dučac near Postire. Postire is the ideal starting point for Vidova Gora, the highest peak of Brač and all Croatian islands. From the top there is a view of the nearby islands and the popular Zlatni Rat beach. Only 2 kilometers from Postire is the medieval village of Dol with traditional stone houses, cycling and hiking trails lead to it.</p><p><br /></p>
