Piccolo Paradiso are 3 holiday homes (SOUTH WEST, SOUTH and SOUTH EAST) on the south side of the island Korčula. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and blessed with a spectacular view, each house is designed to make the best of outdoor living with a private spacious terrace, barbeque and pool, only 70 meters away from the sea. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, directly connected with the terrace, pool and barbeque area. The living room is elevated above the kitchen to provide best southern views. The first and second floor are composed of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. Your cars will be safe in a double garage. General Info: We are not able to accommodate visitors with pets. Please no smoking in the inside, only on the terraces. Stairs to the sea provide access to a small rocky semi-private area designed for sunbathing and swimming, only 70m from the house. The best pebble beaches in the vicinity, suitable for small children are “Priscapac”, 1,8km and “Prižba” 3,9km to the west. The picturesque Island of Korčula is well known for its wine, oil production and gastronomy. The residents will keep you occupied with one day excursions, boat tours, fishing trips, diving tours. There are numerous pathways and cycling paths spread between the many historic settlements. The house is located in a small seaside Village, 2 km west of Brna, with Vela Luka 22km to the west, and the historic city Korčula 32km to the east. The regional centre Split is a 3-hour ferry ride to the west of Vela Luka. The city of Dubrovnik is a 150km drive + 20 min Ferry ride to the east.
