This property is luxurious penthouse very close to the sea (approximately 30 m from the sea and the beach). Extremely beautiful sea view. Two balconies form which one is the spaceous and with the garden furniture. Constantly we are improoving our service and adding details to it. The appartement consists from big lobby with closets, two bedrooms huge leavingroom, separate kitchen with balcony fully fubrished and the bathroom. The flat is above the promenade and the series of the beaches which are stretching between Crikvenica and Selce. The arrea is well developed but not noisy and very green with manny mature garden around. Shops restaurants and other facilities like childrends playgrounds are also near. The nearest shop is 30 m away, Restaurant 100 m away. Ambulance is 1,5 km away, supermarket 1 km away, gas station 1 km away etc.
The neighborhood is during the middle of the season crowded but relax. There is always place on the beach to put your towels on. You will always find last place in restaurant and the queue in the market is bearable. Peoples are relaxed but you will never wait on your drink in local pubs.
