The Princess is a newly built premium house with six apartments. It  has a pool, sun deck and a space for socializing.  The house is located near the center of Novalja and yet in a quiet street. All six apartments are modernly decorated.  Apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi and the terrace. There are six apartments for seven people where one bedroom has double bed, second berdoom has three single beds and one sofa bed for two in the living room.

The island of Pag with an area of 286.6 km2 is one of the largest Adriatic islands, and with its 270 km of indented coastline - longest coastline of all the Adriatic islands, full of bays, coves, capes and beaches. The largest bay in Pag has 20 km of pebble beaches. Novalja is a town in the north of the island of Pag, known as one of the most popular holiday destinations because of its pristine beaches and crystal clear sea. In addition to the beauty of the landscape, Novalja stands out with its day and night party offers and a variety of sports and recreation facilities. The beautiful beach Zrće near Novalja has become widely known as the 'Croatian Ibiza' over the last couple of years. Zrće beach has established itself as the no.1 after-beach party location in Europe with over a million visitors each summer. Throughout the day, the beach is filled with mostly younger tourists who spend the day relaxing by the sea and having an amazing time partying at night. Zrće is the heart of the party and a perfect location for young party lovers where they can enjoy its many clubs that host some of the most famous DJs from all over the world.
