The house is located in Istrian city of Umag, Croatia. House has 3 appartments in general with 150m2 grass space surrounding it which is perfect for barbeque, morning breakfast, midday tea and to relax. House has enough space for free parking. City centre is 7min by walk and 3min by car, beach is 10min by walk and 4 min by car away. ATP tennis stadium is 8min by walk and 4 min by car. Bus station with numerous connections (Pula, Rijeka, Brijuni, Italy, Slovenia,...) is 15min by walk away. Umag is close to bigger cities exp. Pula, Rijeka, Koper(slo), Trieste(ita), Venezia(ita), Ljubljana(slo),...
