Villa Desideria was opened in June 2016. In the last eight years of operation, we have been trying to maintain a pleasant and friendly atmosphere towards our guests, as evidenced by high reviews. We want our guests to feel comfortable, certainly with the hope that their stay with us will make them smile all over when they return from their trip.

Property information

Villa Desideria is special because it has preserved a part of centuries-old antiquity in its walls and has been enriched with elements of modern times. With the love and harmony of the whole family, it was renovated and adapted for rent within a year. There is a public parking lot near the accommodation (1 minute away . in the street Bijankinijeva 2, 21 000 Split, Croatia). The price of parking is 1.50 euros in the summer months (01.05. - 30.09.), and 1.00 euros in the winter months. With the announcement, we offer the option of charging the electric vehicle.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located near Radunica street, which is one of the oldest streets in the city of Split. Villa Desideria is over 150 years old, and was renovated and adapted in 2016. The main city market, the train and bus station, the city center and the famous Split sandy beach Bačvice are only a few minutes' walk away.
