Each of our villas is newly constructed, and is built and equipped with only the highest quality materials. During the construction, we combined tradition and the present. Each villa has a outdoor pool, private garden, private parking, … In other words, a piece of our beautiful Istrian land and sky just for you. Complete privacy is one of the basic features. Aware of the times in which we live, we know that only complete privacy guarantees a quality holiday. The villas are located in the Brtonigla area, 4.3 km from the sea and 2.2 km from the town of Brtonigla. The second best Aquapark in Europe, Aquapark Istralandia is 2.5 km away. This is an ideal position for exploring the whole of Istria. Some of the best wineries, oil mills are located in this area, which guarantees a unique gastronomic experience. Each Villa consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor heated pool, private garden, private car park, and 4 or 3 bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom. The Villa offers a beautiful panoramic sea view. Also, our guests have satellite TV and free Wifi at their disposal.
