Villa Hana is a beautiful Istrian stone house situated in the small village of Brkac, near Motovun. It consists of a living area with a fireplace, overlooking the large covered terrace and the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen (ice maker, coffee machines, milk foamer, oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses, and more), storage and a small toilet. From the kitchen, you can access an additional terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cold drinks. 
The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. Every room is equipped with flat-screen TV connected to satellite programs. The sofa bed in the living room converts into a bed for 2 people but you can use a sofa for one person and good quality single-person inflatable bed for another person (it is more comfortable that way and you don’t have to fuss about the sofa every night) :) There is a large BBQ in the garden next to a big table ready for your family and friends to spend some quality time together. You can use our small garden’s rosemary, oregano, or mint for culinary exhibitions or just to garnish your cocktail.

Brkac is a small village next to Motovun, one of the most beautiful places in Croatia. The views from the house and the pool are magical; green hills and woods make the holiday even more relaxing. The neighbourhood is friendly and you can meet lots of local people, visit their wineries and taste their truffles. The golden hour is spectacular for your memorable "Insta" moments. You can reach the seaside in 20 minutes by car (or you can bike there)! Every day you can discover something new and unforgettable.
