Property information

Villa Kluni is beautifully and romantic restored traditional stone house. This stunning property is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 persons. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area large enough for the entire group to spend quality time together. The living room has a direct access to the garden and swimming pool. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds each, and 1 room with 2 additional single beds. Two of the bedrooms have a exit on the spacious terrace with garden furniture and amazing view. The outside area includes a big garden, private pool and a barbecue with outside dining area where you can enjoy the beautiful Istrian nature and relax all your senses. For more fun there is little children playground. Villa Kluni is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi and private parking for 3 cars. Only a 15 minutes from the villa there is a shop, restaurants, winery, aqua park, beaches and other entertainment activities. This is just the perfect way of spending holiday!

Neighbourhood information

The town of Momjan (Momiano) in northwestern Istria, just south of the Slovenian border, is situated on a hilltop commanding incredible vistas of Istria's interior and the sea. Visit a 15th-century church and the ruins of a 13th-century cliff-top castle, or stop for a meal in numerous restaurants nearby, visit wine tastings in one of the famous local wineries or just take a walk in the beautiful nature surrounding the town. The nearest beach (pebble) is situated cca. 13 km in Kanegra. Grocery store, post office, supermarkets, bus station or a bank are all situated in a nearby city of Buje (cca 4,8 km away). The nearest restaurant is only 1,1 km away from the property
