The location is perfect, just a few steps from the old city center of Lovran and the beach. If you plan like us to travel all over Istria and use this hotel as a basis, it is good enough. If you plan to stay at the place and use the beach, although the location is excellent and close to the beach, be sure that you take from the beach a dry swimming suit and towels, the lack of a balcony (at least our room didn't have it) could be challenging to do it in the room. We loved the service too :) Nice and helpful. Overall everything was according to the description on booking.com. We also were very pleased about the private parking space - you need to book it in advance because there is not a lot of it available. An excellent and tasty breakfast is also a plus.
