Good location with parking and WiFi. About a 10 minute drive to entrance 1 of Plitvice. The host was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a very comfy bed as well as a balcony.

We stayed one night, the time for us to visit Plitvice park. It was perfect! Whish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is big, great for a family with 2 children, surrounded by a green garden. Very bright and clean. The restaurant is closed (it only opens from June to September) but they are some.10min drive away. We had our breakfast on the spot though, and it was delicious.

A Lovely Villa atop a hill . Beautiful views . The Host and her family were very friendly and caring. They run a restaurant also and the food was tasty. Very neatly kept rooms and Bathrooms. We had a Nice and comfortable stay . The Host also Suggested a place very closeby to the villa which Had the top most viewpoint of the waterfalls of the plitvice lakes. Recommend it

Exceptionally clean and a well stocked kitchen with all that we need. The host was very friendly and even gave us some viewpoints for Plitvice national park which were amazing. There are enough parking places and it is close to Plitvice national park.

Villa Licija is a truly beautiful place, very well kept, clean and the building is new, the mini apartment is equipped with everything you need, the breakfast is truly varied and plentiful, the location is convenient to restaurants and above all very close to Pitvice park, the value for money is excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the owner was a very kind person.

1) Location - Poljanak is really close (5 minutes driving time) to Plitvicka jezera 2) Very nice and helpful staff 3) There is a good restaurant just next to Villa Lucija where your can have a dinner even on the terrace We spent just one night there as the next day we made a trip in Plitvice lakes and continued to the Croatian seacoast. For this purpose it was just perfect. However I can definitely imagine spending there few more days exploring the surrounding nature..
