Villa consists of two accommodation buildings and the garage in between. Bigger accommodation building with its private terraces, swimming pool area and entire parking garage is completely separated from the smaller building with its own garden. Smaller part is used by the house owner and serves like a reception while bigger part is used exclusively by the Villa guests. All Villa guests can enjoy private swimming pool (40 m2), modern barbecue, big terrace and sunbathing area, table tennis area, roof sun deck. Interior is modern and made with an idea to make people feel younger and happier. Beside its modern designs, Villa is equipped with luxury furniture and pottery and many electrical appliances satisfying modern way of life full of entertainment. For that reason Villa has PlayStation, HiFi CD player, smart TV's etc.. Villa offers privacy to everybody and little bit of their home away from home. Great sea view will keep You spiritually connected with the Mediterranean Sea and its beauty. It should keep your thoughts far away from the all life stresses and provide only feelings of satisfaction and relaxation.
Me and my spouse Martina are just a normal-ordinary people and proud parents of our two young fellows. I was a Seaman for almost 14 years and now I am working as a Port Captain at the local Oil Tanker Terminal while Martina is babysitting our kids most of the time. We are young family still enjoying in everything what young people does. Summer vacations we are spending mostly at home which includes frequent adventures at the nearest beach(s), while during cold winter periods we are trying to go as much as possible on the ski slops and enjoy there. We both like pets a lot. Until recently we had a dog but presently we have a fish aquarium and a canary bird. For relaxing, mostly listening a good music or watching a movie at home or at the nearby cinema. If not doing that, we are just sitting in the garden while enjoying our flowers and trees. That means our boys are sleeping or being baby sited by their grand parents. We are exited to share our experience and familiarity with all people who decide to stay in our Vila. We should be able to provide an instant help and make our guests content and happy.
Vila Martina is 600 meters air distanced from the sea, numerous beach resorts are 5-10 minutes away by car. For all adventuress type of people, closest beach is 10-15 minutes by walk (cross country). From our location, wherever direction You might take, within 15-30 minutes drive You will reach City of Rijeka, Opatija, Crikvenica, Island Krk including all old towns situated there and many other beautiful locations You might like to visit and explore during your stay. Cold and rainy days doesn't have to be boring at all. Rijeka offers several Shopping Malls, many Restaurants, Night Clubs, Pubs etc.. Opatija Riviera is purely touristic place with numerous Hotels, Restaurants, long and beautiful sea promenade. Island Krk and its bridge is just a minute away and once You cross the bridge let inspiration takes You to the many old and beautiful places available for sightseeing or for pure leisure on the beach. Vila Martina is on the last end of the local Highway and for that reason easy to find and makes your travel easier. Local Airport (Rijeka) is just 10 minutes away from the location. Make your stay enjoyable and fulfilled.
