You can relax by the outdoor pool in the garden and make use of the barbecue in the new summer kitchen. The famous Zlatni Rat Beach just steps away, and free WiFi and free private on-site parking for 4 cars are available. The villa is air-conditioned and offers accommodation for 8 pax in 4 bedrooms in total. Villa Zlatni Rat consists of the main house and the new annex. In the main house are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with sofa. The annex is equipped with a double bed and en suite shower. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and SAT TV. The outdoor south terrace has a pool (45m2) with a waterfall and sundeck with deckchairs, west terrace has a new summer kitchen with a grill, dining table, and garniture for sitting. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is a short walk away. The beach is suitable for both children and adults and offers a restaurant, cocktail bar, cafés, a children's playground, and a water park. The property is some 20 meters from a restaurant that delivers food. The property also offers land or sea transfers, additional cleaning services, and other service requests. There are 2 free-to-use bikes at Zlatni Rat Villa.
