Our lovely villa apartment right next to the City Park has an excellent location due to its direct and easy access to the vibrating city centre and major sights. The apartment is perfect for those who prefer to be surrounded by nature but also want to be close to the city centre. We are located 1 km from the Széchenyi Thermal Bath and only just a few meters from the City Park, which is a well-known cultural and recreational area. License number: MA19010999

● PRESENT-DAY OF THE CITY PARK AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD ● Our apartment is just meters away from the City Park of Budapest which is one of the world’s first public green spaces with a great history. Nowadays City Park is as popular as ever with joggers, bikers, children, and dog-walkers. Life buzzes near the lake, surrounded by such sights as Heroes Square, Vajdahunyad Castle, the Budapest Zoo, and excellent restaurants like the legendary Gundel, Robinson, or Városliget Café&Bar, located right next to the City Park Ice Rink and providing panoramic park views for diners. ● CITY PARK IN THE FUTURE ● After a long period of neglect, City Park is again at the center of attention, with a major new renovation project on the horizon that could only be matched in scope by the construction projects for the 1896 Millennium Celebrations. The project, titled Liget Budapest, was first developed a few years ago and set to be finished sometime between 2019 and 2022. The planners are aiming for nothing less than the overall renewal of City Park, constructing several avant-garde buildings to turn the area into a cultural quarter on top of being a popular, multifaceted public space.
