Ideale separate Wohnung für zwei Personen, angrenzende Wohnküche, Bad, offene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten. Der größte Vorteil ist die zentrale Lage. Es liegt in der Nähe des Korzó-Strandes und des Einkaufszentrums von Velence sowie des Bahnhofs. Ideal für Paare, die am Strand entspannen möchten, oder für Personen, die Wassersport mögen. Für Pferdeliebhaber gibt es mehrere Reiterhöfe in der näheren Umgebung. Auch ein Abstellplatz für Ihre Fahrräder ist vorhanden.
