The apartment is located on a suburban street. The building has been recently renovated. The three-storey building contains one apartment per level. Guests can share the garden. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning in each room. The bright living room to the south and the 2 rooms are decorated with images reminiscent of contemporary Budapest. The kitchen is richly equipped. Parking is free. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There are many cultural, sporting, recreational and culinary experiences nearby.

I am only satisfied when our guests go home after a restful, varied day, with great holiday experiences and new experiences!

You can stay in a beautiful green area in Zuglo, close to the city center. A nearby sports field offers a great opportunity for those who want to move, as well as cycling and walking paths along the Rákos stream. Nearby you will find the Paskál Spa and Bath, the Széchenyi Spa and the City Park, where you can walk in a car-free environment. The Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Applied Arts in the Heroes' Square, and the House of the Millennium in the City Park offer a cultural program. The Agricultural Museum in Vajda Castle in Vajda and the Boating Lake (operating as an ice rink in winter) offer great opportunities for recreation. The Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden offers memorable recreation for those interested in nature. The property is a few trolley stops away for visitors to Hungexpo exhibitions.
