The accommodation is easy to find. Location is excellent, close to the centre, shopping. The beach is right next to the apartment. The building is brand new, which is very tastefully furnished, with four beds (orthopaedic mattresses) and a wealth of amenities. The loggia overlooks Lake Balaton. The apartment house has a swimming pool in the garden and also a dedicated parking is available. Moni, the owner is extremely helpful and very kind.

We are waiting for our dear Guests in our newly built, modern apartment for 4 people on Siófok's Silver Coast. * Ideal for 4 PEOPLE: the apartment is 46 sqm, living room + 1 bedroom, but in the living room there is also a double bed with a firmer memory foam spine-friendly mattress, so 4 full beds await you. * PERFECTLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: everything is provided for self-catering: Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster oven available to Guests * PANORAMIC TERRACE: There is a dining set for 4 people both inside the apartment and on the terrace * BABY FRIENDLY: The Római Ház Apartment provides various accessories for small children: baby bed, baby bathtub, high chair, step stool, toilet reducer. * PARKING: 1 surface parking lot is available to guests, in a closed courtyard *Free WIFI
When furnishing our apartment, we strove for unique solutions, we mainly ordered our furniture from domestic manufacturers. It is important for us to help our guests have a perfect rest, feel free to contact us with their unique needs, be it food allergies, requests related to children, or even secret gift preparations ;-)
CENTRAL LOCATION: Exiting the back garden gate, we immediately arrive at the entrance to Újhelyi Beach, which is free. Siófok harbor is 5 minutes away, Siófok Plázs is a 10-minute easy walk away. The nearest restaurant is 3 minutes away. There are bike rentals, water bike and SUP rentals nearby. The water in the lake is slowly deepening, ideal for small children.
