The setting of the hotel is fantastic, the surroundings simply beautiful. The infinity pool was amazing with stunning views. We preferred the pool restaurant to the main Puhu restaurant although not as much choice. The Spa was lovely and providing a free shuttle into Ubud was helpful.

Bersila La Maison Du Bonheur, hotel in Payangan

Featuring inner courtyard views, Bersila La Maison Du Bonheur features accommodation with patio, around 7.3 km from Tegallalang Rice Terrace.

It was in a beautiful setting, I had my own section of terrace beyond my patio overlooking the jungle ravine where I practiced yoga in the morning. There was also a small yoga room, and an outdoor massage room where I had the Background sound of birds to nourish my soul - the only one I could find in Bali so far! There was free transport to local spots after checkout.

Review: My recent stay at Hanging Gardens of Bali was nothing short of a magical experience. From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the beauty and tranquility of this hidden gem nestled in the heart of Bali's lush jungle. Accommodations: The accommodations at Hanging Gardens of Bali are simply breathtaking. My villa was perched high above the treetops, offering panoramic views of the surrounding jungle and the Ayung River below. The villa itself was a masterpiece of design, with luxurious furnishings, a private infinity pool, and all the amenities one could desire for a truly indulgent stay. Service: The service at Hanging Gardens of Bali was second to none. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive care throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every moment was nothing short of perfect. Special thanks to the concierge team for arranging unforgettable excursions and ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. Dining: The dining experience at Hanging Gardens of Bali was a highlight of my stay. The restaurant offers a tantalizing array of gourmet dishes inspired by traditional Balinese cuisine, all served in a breathtaking setting overlooking the jungle. Each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation. Facilities: The facilities at Hanging Gardens of Bali are truly world-class. From the infinity pool that seems to float amidst the treetops to the serene spa where I indulged in a blissful massage, every aspect of the resort was designed to provide guests with the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. Location: Located in the heart of Bali's lush jungle, Hanging Gardens of Bali offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and tranquility. + - Beautiful place - Amazing surroundings.

+ - Beautiful place - Amazing surroundings. - Friendly staff - Good food - Spacious rooms - - Little flaws in the room (airco and fan not working properly) - Little bit overpriced (laundry service, taxi service) - Staff should put out cushions by the pool when pool opens (we had to ask after being there for 2 hours) - The charge of 10% service fee on everything really bothered us.

The area is spectacularly beautiful however it cops a lot of rain and there can be land slides which cut road access. Our hotel (Adiwana Dara Ayu Villas) was a long way from other properties, so eating options (hotels, restaurants, local warungs) were non existent and sadly as the food in our hotel was abysmal (even the Indonesian was done badly) we skipped eating meals which diminished the pleasure of the holiday.

It is a relaxing place you can enjoy the rice terraces and crops around with this mystic that you can feel visiting the temples. Also, you can find many options to enjoy a relaxing bath in a waterfall.

The hotel is amazing, indoors and outdoors. The room was spacious, the bed, mattress and pillows were super comfortable, the bathroom had a shower and huge bathtub. The balcony was overlooking jungle, that surrounds the hotel. The pool, gardens, restaurants and SPA were excellent. Every morning I used to walk in the agroforestry enjoying the birds singing, such a retreat to restore physical and mental health. Staff were super welcoming and food delicious ♥️ The paradise hotel, I would definitely return there, thank you for fantastic job!

The hosts are amazing at this Villa, the meals prepared by Yanti and Dewi were delicious, home style and prepared with care and attention. Made, as the Villa manager and our driver during the stay was welcoming and helpful. He showed us the local sites and knew how to avoid places with a lot of tourists. The villa is well maintained and was really comfortable. We loved the pool (large) and the views across the rice paddies as well as the short drive into Ubud.

The villas are located in the middle of nowhere surrounded by the most beautiful nature (rain forest, fruit plantations, volcano). The view from the luxurious villas and the infinity pool is incredible. The offered spa treatments are also really great and most of all the staff is just wonderful. Koming is the most wonderful and helpful person we‘ve met during our Bali journey. She took such good care of us and made our stay in Awan Biru villas even more special.

I loved the staff, they were so nice & super attentive. The most friendly & accommodating hotel staff I have come across in my history of traveling. I wish I could have brought them back to America just to feel there good vibes everyday lol. I also loved how spacious the villas are, how secluded and quite the atmosphere was — believe it or not, I enjoyed the sounds of the animals every morning. The property is exactly what I need, peace and zen.

This is a beautiful, traditional Balinese home that has been adapted for travellers. It looks as though it has grown up out of the jungle. The rooms are huge with a hot/cold water system for drinking with a full sized fridge and microwave. Breakfast is extensive. The walls are so thick you're insulated against the usual noises of dogs barking and roosters/hens. The host enjoys a chat and we exchanged views and knowledge on many subjects.

This was the best place we stayed in in Bali. The views across the Rice Padi fields from our Villa were stunning and the villa itself was 5 star. The communal areas and facilities were fantastic as well and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the outskirts of Ubud which is only a short moped away.

Their garden is lush, green and beautiful and the surrounding area is peaceful, quiet and green, only 15 min drive from the busy Ubud central area. I highly recommend!
