Everything! We were on level 3. The host Joseph and his wife Veronica are such lovely people. My partner and I were so grateful for their welcoming and friendly nature. We had plenty of chats on the rooftop and Joseph sent us lots of recommendations and helped us with anything we needed. We cannot say enough good things. In summary: - Two new water bottles daily. - Bed & pillows = big & extremely comfortable. - Very hot shower with great pressure (shower gel & shampoo inc). - Room was modern, very clean & had a new TV. - Far from the mosque which is rare, so peaceful and tranquil. - Very secure & safe location: few minutes ride to everything by scooter & you can park inside the gate at night We would definitely stay here again, when we visit Lombok next time.

We stayed in the family room. Beautiful hot shower, the TV with Netflix made me feel like I was at home. The bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. We had 2 water bottles every day and the aircon was great! Joseph had so many good recommendations and is really thoughtful. Always looking out for us and assisting 24/7 when needed.

This place is lovely and very clean, the room is cleaned every day. There is a big rooftop space where you can do yoga. It's also the quietest place I've stayed in Lombok, as far away from mosques as possible. The owner even picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable price. Most importantly the owner is the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met. He gave us so much information whenever we asked him anything and was just very kind, genuine and extremely honest which isn't something you find much of in Kuta ;) thanks so much for everything!

i didnt take breakfast at the hotel. the staff was perfect, very helpful and so friendly. paying attention at every detail, taking care everything was provided for before i even asked. superb to be on the top floor, rooftop, to oversee the surroundings. the staff are the owners what added an intimate and personal touch. i liked the shower with temperature meter and timer! i took apparently a shower with a watertemperature of 42 degrees celsius! quite and just outside kuta. 3 km from the center and the big supermarket Fresh Market.

Very nice accommodation run by a lovely local family. Joseph & his wife are very helpful and do everything to ensure you have a good time. He knows the island very well and advises on all matters. As you can see from the pictures, the rooms are very modern and clean, we felt like home. He helped us with everything and suggested us a few secret spots you did not want to miss!

I spent one week at the Lombokhouse and had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean, the wifi is very good to work from there, and the attention from Joseph and Veronica has been exceptional. They are the kindest people, attentive to every detail, giving recommendations of places to visit and where to eat, making sure everything works well in the room, and they also help me with transportation to the airport for a super fair price. There is Netflix, water bottles every day, a kettle and coffee and tea in the room. You will feel very cared for and the space is modern and calm.
